Brennan Mawhinney (He/Him) is an actor, singer and musician, based in New York City. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Brennan grew up with a love and passion for performing. Starting out in piano lesson at age 6, he continued practicing while also beginning to perform in the community around the area at age 10. Throughout middle school and high school, he performed in as many productions at the local theatres, while also performing in his drama department and music program up to the time of his graduation.

Brennan finally made the move to New York in 2019 to pursue a career in live performance. He auditioned and was accepted into The Institute for American Musical Theatre, where he was able to study, develop, and refine his skills, guided by the teachings of past and current working professionals in the industry. Since graduating from the program in 2021, he has continued to study with several of the professors from the program as well as others he has met while living and working in the city.

Since living in New York, Brennan has performed in a number of workshops and concerts all over the city. Most recently, Brennan was seen in Starring Buffalo’s: TITANIC The Musical. In Film and TV, he has worked on a few short films, to a feature film, and different series such as the Sex and the City reboot, And Just Like That (Season 1-4), The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Billions, The Gilded Age, etc.
